Body in Common is THE Australian Pilates studio in Bangsar and Kota Damansara, and our staff are not Pilates hobbyists – they’re Anatomy trained professionals.
That means that we don’t just teach 20 year fitness celebrities. We help people with real body aches and pains of all ages and abilities.

We’re not here to show you glamorous models with make up, standing on machines. We provide real fitness for real people, and our regulars get really fit!
- This is a Studio for Both Men and Women.
- Our clients are evenly spread from about 30 years of age, all the way up to 75 years of age!
- Our Reformer Pilates Classes are taught with a personal touch, and we’re always happy to accommodate clients with injuries and issues.
So no matter who you are, you can find a real Pilates fitness home with us.
