In every 45 minute class, we focus on improving functional strength, mobility, and posture. We have levels ranging from total Beginner to Expert. There are always difficulty options so that you can work harder or take it easier. This is real fitness for real bodies!
We love it when our clients turn on their video. We can give feedback during class and see how you’re going. But if you’re concerned, you’re allowed to leave your video off.
